Hey guys, Im new around here, but i thought i would offer my assitance if any of you need any health/fitness help. I can help with diet, training, gaining LBM, loosing fat, or just cardio conditioning. I am a very avid bodybuilder, and have about 6-7 years of weightlifting under my belt with a powerlifting background. I am also almost through with my BS in Exercise sports science, and a minor in Health.
