Is there such a beast?
I know their are hypo-a dogs on that ashera site...think $10K.
Dear god in heaven, NO!
I was looking at the Lifestyle pets site, but damn they're proud of their animals!
Best hypoallergenic cat breed I know of is 'ceramic'
check out the Devon Rex cats- my buddy sneezes at the word "cat," and he does ok with that breed.
Is that the species of ears with the cat-like growth on the bottom?
Yeah, that seems to be the case..
They START at $10,000, and go up to about $58,000.
They're also at the center of a scandal in the cat breeder community:
Sounds like the owner of the company is mostly a con artist....
There is no such thing as a hypoallergenic cat or dog. It's a myth. I'm not allergic, but I was curious about the situation, when Obama took the WH, and the news made a huge deal about him finding a dog for his daughter. Cause one of his kids is allergic to dogs. There are certain breeds of dogs and cats that shed less and may give off less allergens, but there is no such thing as a hypoallergenic dog or cat. Period. Again, some breeds may be better for people w/ allergies, but a truly hypoallergenic cat/dog, that doesn't give off any (ie zero) doesn't exist.
