HP Pavilion 6830 video driver...

    Ok searched high and low including the HP site. What driver and where do I get it(for Win98). Thanks for any help.

    What type of video card is it?

    Also, what specific model is your 6830(KC, CN, etc..) HP's website lists several.

    If you dn't know, what is your processor type/speed, that will narrow it down quite a bit.

    Hmm...most of those had built-in video off of the motherboard stealing memory for it from ram. HP did supply a restore CD with Windows 98 with the appropriate driver. Windows XP has a generic driver that should work with those older systems. That is what I did with my 6640C. If all else fails use a generic SVGA driver from the list. Good Luck.
