Here's what I fixed tonight. Five Italian sausages sliced into one inch pieces. Fry in a skillet until done. Remove the sausage and drain off the fat. Toss in sliced peppers (red, green and yellow). Stir fry but not too long-you want to keep them crisp. Put the sausage back into the skillet for about a minute and toss altogether. Good eating and only one pan to clean up.
