I gotta get off the ambulance!!!

But what's the deal with "first re-kindle?" How many times did you guys have to put it out?

Reminds me of a story my LT was telling me about his first working fire... dispatched for a chimney fire, show up, owner says it's out, so they do a quick look around, go in service, and return to quarters. A bit later:

BEEP BEEP BEEP - Box alarm 3-8, 1234 Any Street for the working house fire.

Yep, same place. Thus why he taught me to always check for extension, even if it seems like it's out... fire has a way of creeping in the walls and springing out.

Just the one re-kindle so far. But I am a pessimist.....

I actually helped hump hose and fight fire for about 3.5 minutes. Then I got chest pains and dyspnea and ended up as the accountability officer. I gotta work out some.....
