I've always said four, but with today's economy... maybe five, or even six.
What say you?
The answer my friend, is blowing in the wind.
So it IS four. You know, "four winds" and all that.
Why is he walking? Is the car broken down? A man would have made sure his car was in working order, therefore walking down the road is a sign of man failure.
I'm going to have to start using that term.
Yeah if I catch him playing a guitar on the steps I'm going to smash it ,then proceed to dump a jar of mustard on myself...
You put some Deep Thought into that answer, didn't you?
I was in the Light Infantry. I have walked down many, many roads, highways, byways, flyways, mountains, ridges, tracks and bridges. I've walked over, under and through the dell, I once even walked all the way to hell (Well actually, it was Camp Dawson, WV, but they are in the same zip code).
I've walked through forts and camps and posts and bases.
I've walked through swamps and bogs and soggy places.
I've walked through fog and snow and sleet and rain.
I've walked until I felt insane.
I've walked until I fell asleep
and I walked into a ditch, so deep.
I fell and landed in a quag of mire.
I've walked until my feet caught fire.
I walked until I could walk no more
and laid and panted on the floor.
I used to walk, but now I drive.
I've wrecked once or twice,
but I'm still alive.
I am a man, of this I'm sure.
And walking taught me to endure.
I will walk when needed,
but I am not a fan.
You don't have to walk to be a man. Eric
Who cares about the roads, how many times must the cannonballs fly?
They usually only fly once.
Then they explode. Eric
They didn't teach us that verse at Girl Scout camp!
