Likely the Glock 20 I am sure, though a few Glock 21's might be used as well.
My friend Jeff, Took one in Tennesse last year with a glock 10mm, I am not sure which model. He used hand loads of his own design, but I am not sure what they consisted of. I will ask him and post what he used. I think he took it down in one shot, but I was not there so I am not sure on that.
I got 2 with my g29 this year.
As you know, I try to slay them with multiple rounds from AR-15s or FALs.
But, I do keep a G23 on my hip for back-up. ;f
Took one awhile back with my G32 using Speer Lawman,we were out checking out our deer lease and da' little piggy come runnin' out da' bush..bye,bye little piggy.
BTW took 2 shots..
Ted Nugent once wrote of killing a warthog with a 10mm Glock at some distance.
I took a nice boar in Oklahoma last year with my G33.
I hunt feline... Ive yet to bag one though. They just keep running. JK
Ive never hunted anything larger than a squirrel, cant say Ive had the desire.
G20 and hot 10mm ammo.
Bought my G20 with 6" KKM barrel for that very reason
i'm going out this year with my 30 and a .400 corbon barrel. .400 corbon is basicaly a hot 10mm balistic wise. i'm also thinking about giving it a go with some .45 super too. if i ever get really crazy i'll go out with plain old .45 ACP, most likely hardball for max penetration.
