When the jerk from the Chiefs didn't stand Thursday night, I tuned out and have not watched a single game since.

I was in the front row in Cleveland. They played a video before the anthem that was inarguable. Then everything proceeded as usual. Steelers beating the Browns included. Lovely day in Cleveland.

No, no NFL for me for the past two years. I cancelled my Direct TV NFL package - explained to them why. I wrote an email to the NFL public relations director last year explaining why I would not watch any more NFL games or support anything to do with the NFL.

The NFL could have put a stop to this nonsense but they chose not to do it. I will not support them anymore.

I have the email that I sent to the NFL posted on the bulletin board of my shop for all to see. Some care, some don't; but I do.

Yes. Watched 3 games on Sunday and cleaned guns, while I was home alone.

I find NFL hard to watch.

When they moved the return from the 20 to the 25, I didn't like it. And when players won't stand for the national anthem, I don't like it.

In addition, I know find that I prefer to watch British Premier League soccer, and NBC has been bringing that on a regular basis to my tv lately :)

No. I really feel no need to watch it at this point.

I seriously and honestly didn't even know it started this week.

I used to be a pretty big fan and at one point back in the mid to late 80s I had a part time sports memorabilia business so I was very involved.
But now, eh, don't care very much at all.

Browns fan here too...I thought it was cool that they emerged from the tunnel with police, military, and first responders and then locked arms with them during the national anthem

Cool. From the video I saw looked like still several Brown players acting like *******s mixed in with the decent ones during the anthem.

Ex browns fan here. Didn't watch. No phony public relations ploy can undo the damage done.

I'm a Premier League guy myself (go Liverpool), but I watched the Redskins out of habit. Year after year it is harder and harder to be a Redskins fan but I'm one for life.

Football is entertainment to me, plain and simple- I don't give a %#*~ what any of these players believe, kinda similar to actors and actresses, it's mindless entertainment and that's all.

Bill Ruger was a fudd POS that authored much of the 1968 GCA but I love Single-Six LW Tri-colors and Ruger Blackhawks.

I plan to continue to watch the Saints (tonight), and will in the future unless such shenanigans invade the organization.

I'm a die-hard Lions fan, but it wasn't televised in my area. Caught the highlights on ESPN though.

How'd they go from 4-0 Win to 0-5 Loss ?

I'm counting on Chelsea to win, even without their best striker :)
