I know I sound impatient ;), but I was just curious how long it usually takes for the results to be released after a GSSF match. Is it days, weeks, months?

The match in question is San Antonio, Dec 4-5th.

    Ryan

BTW - Not complaining, just asking. :) :)

I know the feeling well from after my first match & it's worse than 10:00 pm on Christmas Eve. What seems like a big deal seems that way because of a very small but very dedicated bunch of folks who give up alot of weekends throughout the year. So if the results still aren't posted after 7 days, don't get antsy, 'cause sometimes it can take longer. They will have them up as quickly as they can.

Plus those will be prelim results & they have to allow time for shooters to submit corrections if needed, work on final results for previous matches, send out (1-time only) requests to shooters for their SSN because they forgot to put it on their match registration but ended up winning something... et cetera, ad nauseum. :)

They're a grand bunch all, but it may take only 2-3 days, or a week, or two. But they're pedaling as fast as they can. I truly hope that the anticipation means you enjoyed the match. ;f

Can't wait for the results to be posted here either, but I can appreciate that it takes a few days.

You summed it up perfectly, I'm a kid and it's Christmas Eve. :) :) Being my first competition, I'm dieing to know how I did compared to others....... :)

Thanks, and I'll be sure to wait patiently, but I'll be biting my finger nails until the results are posted.... :)

Ditto. I'm talking all this schmack about a 92 my first time out, but for all I know the formula is that you take that score, multiply times 2, divide by .5, then add 50 ;)

I guess I was one day too early on my post. :) :)

I was 71st outta 111 in AmCiv in my first competition, so I accomplished my goal of not finishing last. :) :)

;z Good shootin' anyway & it's obvious you haven't shot your last GSSF match.
(my happiest childhood days were summer vacations in Lubbock - of course, anything was better than SoCal even back then.)
    :)
