I'd really like something where I can daily enter the exact food I ate and the exact exercises I did so I can track my progress.
Anybody know of something like this?

If you're handy with Excel, you can develop a log using it. That's what I do. I have a spreadsheet that contains a database of foods that I've entered. I can type in what I ate and it tabulates the calories, carbs, protein, and fat. During my massive waistline reduction program, it was invaluable. I just saved a different version of it every day, so I could go back and look at it. I'm sure the same thing could be done for exercise.

I'm sure there are programs on the market that can do this also, and might be fancier, but I always make my own.

If you'd rather not use a computer, a good old fashioned notebook works great. I used one of those for years also. I'd weigh and measure myself periodically and enter it into the book. I'd record my routines, how much I did on each exercise, etc., also.

Maybe somebody else will have a fancier answer.
