how do you parmesan crust a steak?

    a couple restaurants willlet you do the parm crus on top of your steak, want to try at home, i know its more than just melting the cheese as it has a crunch to it

    Broiler? That broad needs to be beaten with that hunk of meat.

    What is wrong with a broiler? Direct fire right on top of whan you are cooking seems like a good way to get a nice, crispy crust.
