    I'm gonna text message my sister in law who is from Davao City...

    What is the standard Christmas greeting?

    Please, don't have me write something like "my shoes are too tight", or worse... ;)

    In another Christmas thread here I saw what I thought might be it, but there was no translation...

    Thanks...

    Ang sikip ng sapatos ko

    ("My shoes are too tight")

    Sikip = Tight
    Sapatos = Shoes (from Spanish zapata)

    You may want to add: " At Masaganang Bagong Taon "

    At = and
    Masagana = Prosperous
    Bago = new
    taon = year
