I'd like to post an exact copy of a GT screen, but copy & paste results in text only. How do I do this?

hit the print screen button (up there by scroll lock) then open up something like microsoft paint (or better image editing program if you have it). then paste.

In text only? Just highlight what you'd like to transfer, copy, and paste to a Notepad file.

For a true screenshot, what David said; BTW, you might have to hold the ALT key when you tap Print Screen for that to work properly.

PrtScn copies the whole screen to the clipboard.

Alt+PrtScn copies just the active window to the clipboard.

Since you're just trying to save a GT screen, Alt+PrtScn sounds like the ticket for you.
