I am using Windows XP and would like to back up my bookmarks and also all the data from my C drive in case of a crash.
I cannot find the folder that contains my bookmarks in the documents and settings files.
It only shows a favorites folder and contains only 3-4 bookmarks but I have many more bookmarks than that.
I also have Nero 6 but can't find the bookmark folder to drag and drop it to.

that's for IE. for mozilla its elsewhere.

or for IE, go to File>>Import/Export and go thru the wizard to Export Favorites...i think it makes a Favorites.html file or something.

I use Mozilla. There may be better ways, but I go to the "Bookmarks" drop down menu and go to "File" where I select "Export". This allows me to create a record of my bookmarks that I maintain in "My Documents" for backup and possible restore. You can then use the "Import" feature of the "Bookmarks", "File" menu.
