How can I fix the trigger of a Saiga which I don't want to convert. The problem is it takes about 100 pounds to pull the trigger(exaggeration!).

It's all about angles and friction of the parts. Unless you really know what you are doing (i guess not by the question) I'd get expert help. I don't mean any dissrespect, I've been shooting AK's for years and also don't know much about triggers, it's just a safety thing.

Since you don't want to do the conversion look up Cobra Customs LLC on FB. He is or was doing work on the stock trigger.

OR if you were mechanically inclined DIY. You could pick up more than 1 stock take off on line to "hone" your skills
