Sorry for the double post. I couldn't figure out how to edit the title of my first "how about a current events forum" thread.

Folks who want to post news articles in their New Post will have a seperate forum. The Current Events forum. This would clear space in non-glocking and political forums.
"This forum is for folks posting news articles (of any subject) in an effort to commence a debate related to the posted article".

    Seems redundant to me.

AWOT was closed, and that was kind of like a current events forum.

Probably just end up as a bunch of bickering.

"News articles" or op-eds? There is a distinct difference between "current events" and "current speculation".

    I'll second that. ;f

You know the threads I'm talking about. The title of the post is "whatever". The thread starts out with anything copyed from a news source, etc. I will ammend this request. Please create a "COPY AND PASTE" forum.

    Again, redundant.
