I've tried to make them like the Hooter's wings but didn't turn out right. What's the best way to make them and still get em spicy?
The only recipe I'll use is on the back of Frank's Red Hot Tabasco Sauce. If anyone wants it, I can post it, but since you MUST use Frank's, you find it there.

Frank's red hot with garlic powder (amount to taste) and (suprisingly) celery salt.

Bill Batemans Hot Wings! (Protected by a Ruger 22/45 )
25 Hot's and 25 Hell's.
Hooters Hot Wings
 4 1/2 LB - 5 LB. Chicken Wings ( cut into drumettes and flappers)
 2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
 2 1/2 teaspoon salt
 1 teaspoon Paprika
 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
In large mixing bowl mix flours, salt, paprika and cayenne pepper together, blend well. Cut chicken wings into drumettes and flappers. Wash and drain chicken. Coat chicken in flour mixture, refrigerate chicken wings for 90 minutes. When ready to deep fry chicken wings heat oil to 375. Place chicken pieces in hot oil, do not crowd. Fry chicken wings until golden brown, remove from oil and drain. When all wings have been fried,place in a large bowl. Add Hot Sauce mixture and mix completely. Use a fork or tongs to place chicken pieces on a serving platter. Serve immediately and with lots of paper towels.
Hooters Special Dipping Sauce for Wings
 8 oz Tobasco Sauce
 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
 2 Tbsp. ketchup
Preparation: Mix all three ingredients together in a small sauce pan. Simmer over medium low heat for 10 minutes, stir frequently. When sauce has simmered and completely blended pour in a small serving bowl and let cool before serving.

I can find it at the Wal-Mart supercenter on rare occations but generally have to buy online.
No-one comes close to making hot sauses like Stubbs.
I live in Austin, I can just go down to Stubb's and eat whenever I want. ;f
For those who prefer their wings hot & crispy as opposed to hot & soggy, try this cooking method:
Lay wings on aluminum foil on top of a flat cookie sheet.
Place in oven and bake at 425-450 F. for 1 hour.
Remove from oven.
Place wings in a bowl and douse with your favorite sauce. Coat all sides.
Lay wings on FRESH aliminum foil back on top of your cookie sheet.
Place wings back in the oven under the broiler for just a few minutes, and until the tops just start to turn black.
Remove from oven and serve wings topped with a sprinkling of freshley cut cilantro.
Even if you like your wings dripping in sauce, a small bowl placed on the side for dipping in at the table will still allow you to enjoy crunchy skin.

Buffalo Wild Wings. Their "Blazin'" is about a medium for me. Too bad they don't have anything really hot. Kind of a disappointment, really.
Someday I'll buy a bottle of their Blazin' sauce and dump it into a blender adding Dave's "Insanity Sauce", Thai red curry paste, and maybe a couple cloves of garlic. That should be a good fix.
