Hot Wings Question

    Does anyone here know how to keep the chicken from sticking to the foil when I put them into the oven? When I try to take them off, I lose half of the meat on the foil. Am I supposed to spray the foil with the non-stick spray?

    Yes, I would. I cook mine on the grill to lose all the fat, and then mix with Frank's Original hot pepper sauce and butter. No need for foil.
