You'll be chasing soda-pop-cans all over the place; better stock-up on the ammo now! :)

    Brick and a half?

I got over 7,000 rounds of .22 LR sitting in the basement.

It's about time to stock up again, I'm running low on the good stuff.

WHOA! That looks like a sweet gun!

    Questions: ;Y

    1) How much is it/What age you have to be to purchase?

    2) Is it accurate?

    3) Easy to clean?

    4) Good quality?

    5) DO you like it or love it?

Feel free to give a brief description on all the above...please!

    Thanks! ^c

They have federal champion target on sale at academy right now for just over $6.00 a brick. Good shooting stuff too.

I traded a Surefire A2 Avaioter for mine, but I think they sell for in the neighbor hood of 150 bucks. It is more accurate then my friends Ruger 10/22, as for the cleaning it's fust as easy to clean as any
.22 autoloader. The quality seems to be very good and I love the thing. BTW long rifle is the only shell you can fire in the thing.
Here is there web site. http://www.armscor.com.ph/armscor/index2.htm
I am not sure where you can get them as I got mine at a gun show

    ;)

The mag capicity is 10 rounds in the mag I have. There are 15 round
at gun shows, and Armscor hopes to import 25 round mags ;)

Thanks for the reply okie!

1)Does it have that "toyish" feel or does it feel like you are holding a M-16 here? I know the weight is not the same obviously, I just want to get an idea.

2)Does it still hold its accuracy when going non-stop, semi-auto shooting?

I am really digging that rifle, can you supply more pics of it? The ones on the internet are poor (I can host images if you want). If they do supply 25 rounders, that is going to be great fun!

The age question was for my younger friend. Still fairly new to firearms, so I didn't know if there was a technicality on the .22 M1600.

    Thanks! ;f

It does not have a toyish feel to it. It feels like a solid gun;)

I don't know of any upgrade for it. The scope rail on mine I had to have a AR15 rail machined down. Couldnt find a scope base for it that was a direct fit unless I took the carry handle off.
I have run about 1000 rounds through mine 2or 3 times it didn't spit the empty shell out far enough and it jammed up. Not sure what the cause was though. Try calling this number for info. I am not 100% its the right number but I think it is. 775-537-1444. Ask for Martin;)
