I remember topless hot dog girls on Merritt Island on 520 on the way to Cocoa Beach. As I remember, they did not last too long.
I was in Port Charlotte around that time. Don't remember any of that.
I remember them very well in the Clearwater/Tampa/St Pete area. I had just moved here in 1990.
By the time this started I was out of Florida and on my way to the Gulf war. Why do I miss out on all of the great cultural events?
Bummer, I lived in PBC then and I remember them well but I was a kid.
Wow, I have missed a lot in life.
They were all over Broward co I dated one that had a spot off commercial in pompano. She towed it with a bright red 5.0 mustang

Ah, Florida in the early 90's was a crazy place.....
I moved to FL in late 89, and remember one of the "girls" as on a spot on Andrews Ave and Atlantic Blvd....always has a crowd....
There was a "Hot Dog Guy" who used to hang around outside Shooters late at night in Ft Lauderdale IIRC around that time...
Hasn't changed much.
I remember driving by all the hotdog thong girls in the 90s and my mom always caught me staring lol.
yeahhhh,,, missed a lot back then. 12 hour work days, 7 days a week most of the time. 5 kids and the wife deserved the rest of what little time was left. no time for Hot Dog Girls, although i am sure it was no treat for them most days either. people do what they have to do to get along.
Men are soooo simple LOL.
There is a drive thru car wash here where the girls who towel dry the car are all wearing bikinis. It is always busy.
So, are you saying that T&A rules our day?
Hey Hannie, it's not only MEN....after I got divorced (1982) I dated....a lot..."blind" dates, I ran ads in New York Magazine, they had 20 or so pages of them. A hundred one time 'dates" This was in the early to mid 80's, I met some of the wackiest women you could imagine....I should have made notes had I thought about it, coulda' written a book.
Finally after I retired and moved to FL (1989) I quit dating....adopted a GSD that had been lost in hurricane Andrew, I took Sheba with me everywhere...then in 94 a friend who was working in Bloomingdales in Boca called me and asked if I was still interested in meeting someone...she said " I know you, you'll like her" we are still together ... 24 years ..Best thing that ever happened to me.....
What does that say about the women who do that to make a buck then?
They're more intelligent than you?
