What would be good choices for a G21 4th gen pistol? I'd like both IWB and OWB. Not sure about fit, etc and know there are some here who have the experience with best fit etc :)

    Thanks!

    Raven concealment systems (RCS)
order the phantom modular holster and add the IWB clips

    Good to go!

just remember, the Best is worth the wait.

    Hi,
you should really check out the Galco line of holsters. www.galcogunleather.com
If you're interested in an OWB holster, Galco's "Concealable" holster can't be beat. This is my personal preference after owning a few holsters including Bianchi. I wear the concealable all day long on jeans or shorts and I rarely know it's even there. That is how comfortable it is. Also the concealable is made where it contours with your body. Thus, it keeps the butt closer to your body. The one thing to think about having an IWB holster is that you have to have your pants a size looser to accomodate the bulk of the holster and the gun being on the inside of your pants. It all comes down to personal preference. Good luck in this highly personal choice!

Just picked up my G21 Gen 4 tonight - ran 100 rounds through it with no issues - man this gun is smooth - not anywhere close to as snappy as my G23.

I also got the Safariland Model 6378 ALS® Paddle Holster (also includes the belt strap)

I like it - it is different than the Blackhawk Serpa I have for the G23 which I really like. Primary difference between the two is that the Safariland is closer to the body.

    Hope that hleps!

I got mine today as well. I was only able to go through about 25 rounds though. But it is accurate and is or seems to be easier shooting than my G23. I have arthritis in my elbows from competitive weightlifting and when I shoot the G23 the recoil or force of it comes right back into my elbow and it;s quite painful. BUT this gun is easy as pie and painless! Could not be happier!!

Check out Casino Customs in the Classfieds, similar to raven, minus the astronomical prices, and long wait time. Casino Customs can make a holster that will work both iwb/owb. Great prices, great customer service, and turn around is usually a week or less.

I'm a big fan of Comp-Tac's holsters. I've currently got their MTAC and Infidel IWB holsters, and have a paddle holster OWB on order now to go with the holsters for my Kimber and new Shield.

    Congrats on the new G21!

Here is a full frame G37 with its dedicated MTAC holster:

Here are some of my subcompacts with Comp-Tac holsters (left - MTAC, middle - Infidel, right - Remora)
