I have an EP saddlery #77 for my 4" 500 that I really like. They come in black or brown/tan and belt loop size is optional. I also have a #88 for another wheelie and is good if you don't want the thumb break.
They also will add lining, do fancy leather tooling/design if you want. All at a reasonable price and their service is excellent.
    Check it out.

One of the things that I like about the ep saddlery holster I have is it really carries the S&W X-frame tight against the body and although is not an ideal concealment combo (just too big), it hides it pretty well.
I'd also recommend a JW O'Rourke pancake but he's not making a holster for the X-frame. I have one for an N-frame and it is a nice holster.
