HL2: Lost Coast

    Impressions? I enjoyed it. I think it's a very good demo of what the Source engine is capable of doing. The HDR lighting was impressive, about the best I've seen used in a game so far.

    Ive downloaded but havent played it yet...I decided to finish HL2 again before I got into it since its been so long since I beat it the first time.

    I played it a couple times, it was pretty cool. Definitely more taxing on your system than HL2.

    Try it on the Hard setting. It took me a few tries to get past the last group of soldiers and helicopter.

    I tried it, but it taxes my rig too much. Crashed several times. I got the big "warning" on setting it up; apparently I have plenty of RAM and and adequate video card, but my old 1.9 Pent4 just isn't up to snuff.

    Was sad to hear that the HL2 expansion "Aftermath" is now delayed to early 2006...Will be waiting.
