High Power Rifle Fun Match - Saturday, October 15 at the Fairfax Rod & Gun Club - Benson range.

Here's the deal for this month; If the weather is nice we will shoot a 500agg. After the match, we need 8 - 10 volunteers to help with repairing target frames, it might take an hour or so. If the weather is crappy - raining or too cold to work after the match - we'll shoot an 800agg.

This match we'll use NRA rules i.e. rapid stages start from the sitting/kneeling or prone position. You don't have to start from standing.

500agg = 2 sighting shots and 20 shots for record, off-hand. 2 sighting shots and 10 shots for record, rapid-sitting or kneeling. 2 sighting shots and 10 shots for record rapid-prone. 2 sighting shots and 10 shots for record slow-prone. Total 58 rounds 50 for score. Alibis or re-fires will be allowed.

800agg = same as above except 2 strings of 10 shots for the rapid stages and 20 shots slow-prone for a total of 88 shots, 80 for score. No alibis or re-fires.

Entry fee is $10, $5 for juniors. Please bring your staple gun for refacing targets and exact change is appreciated. Registration begins at 8:15, squadding at 8:30, pits seal at 8:45, first shot at 9:00.
