2 inches is nothing to worry about just adjust for it, hold slightly above or on top of the 10 ring. AS long as you know wehre the bullet is going to hit you are fine. The Hi-Viz are not made exactly the same as the sights you had slightly different sight picture, so anytime you change sights you can expect a little change. As for shooting to the left nudge the rear sight slightly to the right untill you get it where you want it.
Better yet do what I do to all my Glocks get a crimson trace laser. They should be standard equipment on all Glocks. Then you dont even have to raise the gun to eye level you can shoot out the ten ring from the hip if you wanted. Shop around Ebay has them for as low as $165. They really are worth every penny. The laser will let you see if you are pulling your shots and let you see exactly what you are doing before and after you pull the trigger.
