I met your partner Ray at Elliot's in Ft Co last year. We had a really good, long talk. He is friends with my sons. Mike works EMS in Ft Co. Hope to go shooting with you guys some day.

I have a stripped lower that I can't decide what to do with. I am thinking about either building a USMC M-16A4 clone or an 11 1/2" SBR.

If I get a trust set up as "Jones" Family Trust for example, does everyone's name have to be on it? I would like my sons, brother and girlfriend to be on it.

It is my understanding that having their names on it it is legal for them to possess, shoot and own. Correct? I look forward to talking with you someday.

The trust would have to have everyone on it. The best way to do this is to have a lawyer do it, specifically one who has done NFA trusts before. I haven't dealt with them, but has a lot of information and may be able to refer you to a CO lawyer.
