just got to the gym for the first time in a LONG time.

long story short, if returning to working out, would you work your butt off for a few months, and wait for a plateau before you started using creatine again? or would you start using it right away?

can't decide if i should start using it immediately or wait a bit...

What I do is "load". That is taking it 3 times a day for a week. After that I just take it 30 minutes before a whorkout. Immediately following my workout I drink a protien shake. I do this for three months then I take a month off. Then I repeat the above routine.

Taking it immediately will help you get better gains. Also remember though you NEED to drink A LOT of water when you take creatine! Otherwise you can dehydrate.

cool stuff...i was debating waiting for a plateau, but thats what i did every other time i started working out, and gradually just stopped for one reason or another.

right now i'm doing creatine every day, and a protein shake a day also, along with a good diet. hopefully i'll see some results ;)
