I just wanted to put a word out for Heritage Safe's excellent customer service. I bought the Summit Safe Rainier model which is made by Heritage, and the safe developed a paint issue. After contacting customer service and e-mailing them a picture, a new safe was built for me and delivered to the house and the old safe removed. No hassels at all, I highly recommend their products. AND they also upgraded the body to 3/16" plate at no cost. GOOD PRODUCT HERITAGE!
