    What are the advantages of green over the current red lasers?

    The "Experts" say our eyes see green better then red. So easier for us to see it down range. So they say. lol

    Ok thanks. To me, lasers are for in close combat. Red will work just fine.

    Correct; particularly in daylight. The downside is green uses more battery than red.
