I shot 20 seconds of movie on my digital camera, but I have no idea how to use the file. I downloaded the film to Canon's ZoomBrowserEX which allows me to view the film, but I can't figure out how to copy it or move it. It's this type of file: MVI_AVI Anybody know how to do this? Thanks.

what is the file extension? .avi .mpg?

it might record in its own format, meaning you've gotta use canon's software to Export or Save As a more standard format, like .avi

I use a program called SUPER! to convert just about any video format into whatever you want. It's basically a front end for FFMPEG and another converter program. But it's very easy to use.

I use it to convert Quicktime trailers and YouTube videos to XVID AVIs for my home theater pc.

Which Canon digital camera did you use? Mine play back in WMP just fine. Do you have seperate audio and video files? If you do, they have to be in the same folder to have sound, BTW.....
