    Ed,

    Open your image resized in paint. Click "Save As" in the "File" drop down. At the bottom there should be a box the reads "Save As Type". Click the arrow and slect JPEG as the file type. Place in file as needed and your done.

    I know it was converted for your already but now you know how to convert them yourslef. :)
