Help- Inserting video in Power Point?

    My friend is putting together a Power Point presentation and needs to insert a video in one of the frames. I dont know how to do it either.

    Any help please?

    On Office 2007 you click the "insert" tab.........then go down to the right and click "movie"...........then click "movie from file" and insert the video into the slide.

    If it's not on file but on let's say, YouTube...you can insert a hyperlink right to the hosted video. It does take a little longer during the presentation, though. HH
