Guys, bought Heinie straight 8's for all my glocks and conversion kits (.22lr) my god like a new gun I was taking 25 yard head shots and actually grouping them instead of the old shot gun pattern I would get with the stock sights. This bar none is the best thing I've done for my shooting. Sorry had to tell someone as the wife and kids and dogs really didn't care. Thanks for listening. Kevin

I put them on all my Glocks too. Instant accuracy improvement. The deep notch, clean edges and lack of shiny coatings like other brands have is the key I think.
This probably belongs in the sights and optics forum though.

Can be moved but thought more people would see it here. I always would read that the stock sights were bad and would say to myself oh there not that bad. But I can't say it enough even if you don't go with this brand do yourself a favor and just change out the stock ones and see for yourself!

Custom Glock Racing sells them as well as Brownells and Midway.
Definitely good sights for those of us with older eyes.

I think they are a good idea. I have older SIGs , that have non-night sights that have the rear white bar line up under the front white bar and found them very fast indeed in 1990 when I bought my firs SIG. Another configuration I have found to be good is what comes on Steyer pistols, the triangles, very instinctive, and someone is making them aftermarket, though I don' think any night sights. I have shot guns with straight 8s and liked them. I have yet to shoot a pistol with a ghost ring, but do not think I would like it, and I do not like the big dots either. I do like the
Ruger small gold bead front and shallow vee rear with a white line in the middle. That is great for long range work(mine are on a 44 mag). I think the Big-Dots would be best for poor eyes. I have thick glasses but so far can see to shoot well with both my bifocals and single vision , for now.

Proudly made right here in "Quincy, Illinois". Quincy has a strong German heritage....I believe you can purchase his products direct from his website, www.heinie.com

I have a pair on my G21. I like them. Can't remember now where they came from. Older eyes and I can't see them as well as Glock night sights on my G30.

Guys, I kinda went with these as I can ignore the dots in daylight shooting and their there for low light.

I have some on my 17, put them on last month...haven't had a chance to shoot it yet. You're making my trigger finger itch for a range visit.
