    Hello;

    Went to the Local Firearms store yesterday, I was rubbing/fondling a Benelli M4, when a salesman walked over and told me, ' You know you can't shoot those Benelli's too fast, because they'll quit on you.'

    I just looked over and smiled, when he continued. ' Yeah I know this guy (me :upeyes:) who sent his Benelli back to the factory 3 times. He said the Benelli wouldn't work when he shot it fast.' Seems he has a trigger finger faster than those Benelli's.

    I then turned to him and told him, Maybe Benelli should just retire that old dart Tom Knapp, and hire you're buddy, HA!

    He had a strange look on his face when he walked away.

    I love gun shop commando's. Not too long ago, I was in a shop that had a "commando" in it saying how easy it was to convert a AK fire full auto. I asked him do I do it?

    Him: "You just file down the sear, behind the bolt".

    :rofl:

    as a gunsmith that works on Machine guns.....I have heard a lot of "how to make it auto and/or better" but I just smile and let them talk....I only correct them if others are around and they are telling them it is ok to do something dangerous and/or illegal

    I was told a while back that most everyone that imports guns to the U.S. sends the low end crap here and all the good stuff is in the country of origin, and that this was the same for companies that started somewhere else but have since put a factory in the U.S. Some of the big names were Beretta, Glock, H&k, and Sig. Funniest part was the other guy working waited til he finished and just pretty much told him he was full of S**T.

    Sometimes it isn't always the people working there. Sometimes it's the gun-shop wall-flower who has nothing better to do with his time than hang out at the gun store, attempting to engage the help in useless conversations about "this one time, my buddy and me were out at the quarry, and I bump fired my WASR, and it was AWESOME!" while you're trying to get the guy behind the counter to ring you up so you can be on your way.

    When I was in my local gun shop, I over heard one of the employees telling a customer that glock frames are bad because you can slightly squeeze the polymer together at the top of the mag well when its field stripped. and then he went on to say how sigmas and m&p are significantly better than glock.

    I have to agree with the gun store guy. I've put countless shells through Benelli M4's. They start to choke when they get a little dirty.

    Hello;

    I think he was saying the guy he knew could shoot faster than the firearm.

    ' Seems he has a trigger finger faster than those Benelli's.
