    https://www.clickorlando.com/news/l...g-woman-was-set-to-return-to-jail-chief-says/

" Daniels was on a seven-day temporary bond known as a Quarterman’s bond, to settle some affairs, when the incident unfolded. The chief said Daniels should have turned himself in Wednesday morning, hours before his death.

Fredette told Daniels to drop the knife. When he refused, the officer shot him once. The officer said Daniels continued to ignore his commands and then charged at Fredette. Fredette said he fired a second shot at the suspect and a third when he again he did not drop the knife. "

I think if I was the Chief, I would change my name.

I hope the Officer realizes he saved a life, that he had no choice but to use deadly force. That he is not bothered by his actions. IMO from info he did good. Very good.

Didn’t read the article as all I needed to se was Orlando in the title. Darwinism at its finest and no better state to happen in.

Actually not in Orlando; in Cocoa where I grew up.

Used to be a nice little town to grow up in. Now it has gone the way most other places have.

So, the moral of the story?

Do not start your day going cuckoo for Cocoa cops.

Assuming Florida though? Sorry but there must be something in the water down there with all the insane stories that come out of there. We have a local morning radio show that does a segment regularly called “Florida is F’ed up” ...lol

Well, there are a lot of insane people down here.

Snowbirds, retirees, Mariel boatlift, a few hurricanes and earthquakes in PR, etc., etc., etc.
