Extra hdd in personal pc. Long ago got a message like "not connected". Next reboot the drive letter goes away. Plugged in into two other sata slots on MB, not recognized in setup. Tried a different cable, no go. Took it out and plugged it into a sata>USB cable. Still can't see it. It does spin when powered up. Time to call it dead?
