    I received mine this week:

    - my monthly premium is going up from $380 to $440. That's almost a 20% increase.

    - my deductible is remaining the same, but only for in-network. Out-of-network is increasing 20%.

    - my co-insurance is doubling, from 10% to 20%

    - my out-of-pocket maximum is going from $3500 to $6000, about a 60% increase. That's for in-network. Out of network is almost double those figures. Clearly they are pushing people to stay in-network (to be expected). Prescriptions now have a separate $2500 out-of-pocket maximum.

    - interestingly, dental cost is remaining the same. Gee, that's also the only part Obamacare doesn't touch. What a coincidence.

So all in all, it's really hard to compare 2011 to 2010 because of all the changes but I'm estimating my total health care costs will be going up a minimum of 30%.

So Obama, where's the savings you promised? (oh, and in case someone doesn't get it... I'M BEING SARCASTIC!)

I work for a hospital. My bi-weekly increase (single, non-smoker, no children) will be $1.80 per pay period.

    I love propoganda......:faint:

My insurance goes up every year. Ask me when was the last time I went to the doctor? I don't know. I don't get sick, I don't get injured but my insurance still goes up... I guess Obama was increasing my rates 15 years ago?

I really don't care for democrats, republicans or politicans in general. What pisses me off more than them is idiots who think that their politican is looking out for them. What a mark! I mean really in this day and age are you really that stupid?

+26% this year. I don't expect to have it next year unless people in this country get smarter in November.

Mine stayed the same: 100% out of pocket for everything.

My insurance has NEVER gone up 30% in one year. 10%, 12%, yeah. But nothing like this.

Monthly premium portion that I pay is going up a little over 30%, all else is staying the same. This is my employer's way of reducing costs. Has nothing to do with the cost of the plan.

Didn't yours drop 20% because of doing a healthy lifestyle program? If so then you numbers are skewed compared to the rest of us.

I work for a hospital also and I am still waiting to hear what we are going to be paying.

Surprisingly, my premiums aren't going up at all, though I have to add vision because of the wife. So that'll bring up the total a touch.
