    Good evening,

I find myself in a predicicament of the best kind: deciding which Glock to be my next

I currently have a G26, G17 and G30 and looking to fill in the gap.

    Do I go G19 or G23?

Not necessarily a fan of .40sw, but I think it would be nice to just buy a 9mm barrel and since I already have G17 and G19 mags could enjoy a lot of flexibility. A .357sig barrel is not out of the question either.

Or do I just finish the trifecta and grab the G19? I have a lot of 9mm ammo and a good amount of G19 mags already.

    What would you do?

Not interested in 10mm or a full-size .45, thanks :whistling:

Thank you in advance for your help,
    -RS

That is a tough one. It would be nice to have all mags capatable but it 's also nice to be able to shoot as many calibers as possible.

go with the 23, i have one and have never regret it, you can get 3 different calibers out of that gun just by barrel changes and mag changes cant beat that, drop in a 9mm conversion and a g19 mag and you basicly have...... a G19 lol

I have the same three Glocks as you... The only other Glocks I would want is a G20 or G17L.

I love the g23 but i really love the interchangeability(if that is a word) of having all the same caliber mags. I have the 26,19,17, and 23 and i am constantly worried about accidently mixing the mags. I think i'll start another range bag for 40 cal.

Since you have a lot of 9mm ammo and G19 mags I would go for the G19.

After having gone through similar scenarios and owning a lot of them - stay with 9mm and I say sell your 17 and buy a 19 then buy the 34.

19 and 17 are so similar in size and capacity - the big jumps are going from a 26 to 19 to 34.

    G19?...Don't see the point when already owning a G26 and a G17.

If I had known then what I know now, I would have Glocks 26s and Glock 34s, along with the Glock 30. To me, the G26 is easier to carry than is the G19 and a G19 magazine makes the G26 almost the same size as the G19. I like the G34 better at the range than the G17.
