    Hello,

I used to have a glock30 and finally got rid of it since it bit my pinky finger. Today, I saw the Pearce mag base (http://www.pearcegrip.com/glock.htm#Glock_Model_30) that goes with the 9-rnd magazine. Has anyone tried this to avoid the magazine bite? If it works, I might have a good reason to get another glock30, woo hoo.

Yep, I use the Schearer version for the 10 rounders. Makes my hand fit great. Hogue grip to soften up the backstrap as well.

I was told not to use the schere because they are not made out of the same material that Pearce and Glock uses and that they have a tendancy to "pop" off and dump all your ammo. I was quite dissappointed with this because I bought the schere extensions for all my mags and now do not trust them for carry.

I have the Pearce extender on all my G30 magazines. Good product!

Haven't had it happen yet (1500 rds), but if it does. Pearce will be the next order. Carry isn't an issue for us civilians in NJ, so I'm not so worried. G30 not my primary defense weapon. (Benelli Nova 12 guage.)

My 30 10 rounders did bite, now with a Pearce (for the G30 10 round mag) on every mag, they don't.

I recently put a Pearce +2 grip extension on my G30 10 round mag but was only able to put 11 rounds in it. Is the pearce only meant for the 9 round mag or is there something wrong? Thanks

Can you post a picture of the extension on there? I wasn't aware that anyone made a +2 for the G30 10 round mags.

I did some more looking and discovered that the +2 extension was for the 13 round G21 mags. The packaging only said +2 extension for glock 10mm and 45. I assumed it would work for both.

Natchez has the 21 mags for $16.99 when you buy 2 or more and their shipping should be less than CDNN.
