Has anyone used an adaptor to attach a Harris bipod to their pic. rail? I bot a Mako brand and it didn't mount up right on my DD rail. Any suggestions?

I recently went with a LaRue. Can't go wrong with one of those.

Oh, and I'd probably avoid the ARMS mount since you've got a DD rail. I've got a surefire light with the ARMS 17 on my DD FSP 12, and it's way too tight. I actually have to use a screwdriver to break the lever open.

Go with a QD mount from LaRue.

I'll second that. It's pricey, but worth it. Rock solid and easy to put on and take off. Here is mine attached to a DD Omega rail on my mid-length.
