Had light traffic here for a while so I'll just throw something out there. How many of yawl have tried a 100 burpee race as a conditioning workout? I did that last night and have to say that it might've been the hardest conditioning workout I've done. Felt much worse than after tabata squats, probably just because it took longer. It's different because nothing's sore or tired today, but it just sucked the energy right outta me.
