Hard Chrome CBOB

    Just got my 2010 Dan Wesson CBOB back from Hard Chroming.
    To say I am happy with it is an understatement.

    I was never to happy with the original Brushed and Bead Blast finish.
    I really like the difference the Hard Chrome makes.

    Sorry for the crappy picture it makes the finish look like it varies from back to front on the gun - it doesn't vary it is a consistent tone. Just a bad camera, bad lighting and the flash.

    Metaloy did the work on this one - great company to deal with.

    They definitely did a good job, its beautiful! I think you could use a new set of shoes though for that guy. Some black VZ Aliens would look very purrty!!!

    I saw that when Chris posted it on his Facebook page. Looks great!! Chris does fantastic work. I have a .38 Super Colt at his shop right now. Looking forward to getting it back.

    good call!! A good set of grips can completely change the way a gun looks. They will be a great addition

    Looks great! :thumbsup: Chris just finished my new Guncrafter No Name. It'll be my second gun he's hardchromed, and it won't be the last.

    That looks fabulous. Was supposed to pick up a CBOB a few months ago, but my shop goofed up and sold it. Also not a fan of the polished flats/bead blasted rounds. I was going to have Keith at DW beadblast the whole thing. Chris does REALLY good work too. Can't wait to see it with some new shoes. Keep us posted. :thumbsup:

    That's super nice. Congrats. A CBOB is a great pistol, and Chris does wonderful finishes.
