    I did some 1/2 mile intervals and som 50's today!

    On the edge but not quite over ...
    Took two walks with the The Ghillie (4.5YO Border Collie), ate well (but watched portions and content), enjoyed a wee dram of Ardbeg. Back at the gym the next day.
