My uncle was a WWII Marine. 'Nuff said.

Just last week I visited the USMC Museum in Quantico, along I95. A must see for all Marines and those with military history interests.

Definitely. With Force Design 2030 it's pretty much 100% focused on China now... and that may be a good thing since the US hasn't fought a hot war against something resembling a near-peer enemy since, what, the Korean War maybe? Maybe Vietnam (in certain aspects)?

But yes, this will be a different Corps than when I was in almost 30 years ago.
