probably because he posted his sexual "outcome" of the photos on their pages since they are listed as minors.

Tasteless and gross sure but if the pictures weren't kiddie porn when the girls posted them I can't see calling them kiddie porn when he reposted them with his.....aah..... additions.

I guess it's not the pictures but what he did to them. He's ruined for life.

Possibly. I'm not sure this will stick (pun intended) at trial. If it does then, yeah, he's ruined for life.

I see what your saying but I do not fully comprehend the law on this. It is interesting to note he is 19 and these girls are in HS. Not that its acceptable of course but its not a 40 yr old guy and a 12 year old.

Maybe he has some mental health issues...

even a crappy attorney will get the charges thrown out. Waste of time to even arrest him. They guy is messed up for sure, but i don't see any criminal behavior here.

Meh.... I don't see where it crossed the line into Child Porn. Would it be Child Porn if the guy bought a Kid Bop! magazine (or whatever those kid magazines are) and did his deed? Unless the pics that were taken from Facebook were showing the girls in legally compromising postions. But, the way kids act, it wouldn't surprise me. Also, those skanks should take a hard look at their security settings on their accounts. Dummies.

Yeah doesn't make a lot of sense to me either, but the "law must protect the children". Every state is different too.

If anything I would think lewd behavior and attempted corruption of a minor would be easier to make stick. Maybe gross imposition?

This is definitely a case where the age laws get murky.

    fixed it for ya :)

Yeah, I live in PA but I am not sure. I could see lewd acts since it was posted on a website.

I'm amazed at how often people incriminate themselves online. Most people know the internet can be an open window into their lives.

I'm really not sure what happened there. Are they saying he reposted the pics with ummm bodily fluid on them?

And no, I would not really categorize this as child pornagraphy by a long shot. But he is definitely one sick puppy (in his grandma's bedroom? WTF??)

Kiddy Porn? I don't think so. However, posting it can be taken as a crime. It is basically internet rape. They need to change the charge or it is gonna get thrown out.

    Internet rape?

    Is that anything like this?
ETA: Nevermind. Probably shouldn't post it. Google "Blood Ninja" if you're interested.

So, traffic tickets for speeding in video games on the horizon yet, or is it too soon to worry about this?

The prosecution reminds me of "prostitution logic."

Sex with a woman = legal
Giving money to a woman = legal
Giving gifts to a woman = legal
Giving gifts to a woman after sex = legal
Giving money to a woman after sex = ILLEGAL

Printing an image of a minor = legal
Um, moistening that picture = legal
Posting a photo of a moistened blank paper = legal
Posting a photo of a minor's image with applesauce on it = legal
Posting a photo of a minor's image that has been moistened = ILLEGAL

The guy's a freak, but our laws ought to be written to follow logical consistency.

I don't think you could call it child porn but I think there is a generic lewd and lascivious acts charge that would probably apply in this case. The guy has some issues posting that sort of thing on a facebook page.

So can you get around prostitution laws by giving the lady nice blender and the receipt which she can then return to Walmart and get her cash?
