Alex Hamilton at www.tenring.com is one of the best around. He is just off of 281 and Bitters area. Alex is a former Pres. of the American Pistolsmith's Guild amongst other quals. He does great work at fair prices. Expect him to be backlogged though.

Depending on what you want done, and assuming he still works there...

"Mikey" at Nagel's Guns does excellent work. I used to work there, and I've watched him do his thing. :) He looks a little weird but he does very good work.

When my Marlin gets some upgrades, he's who "I'm" sending it to. :)

Mike Whalen at Dury's Guns. He's the best Gunsmith I've ever met.
