AR-15, had three of them at one time just couldn't get to like them.

Give me a nice traditional bolt action either modern or milsurp. I like to take my time work up a load and go for accuracy.

In handguns, I like them all Single Action Ruger .45 Colt's, 1911's, Classic Sig P series, Glock, S&W M&P's and Double Action Ruger GP100's.

Edit: Oops, forgot I like my 870 Shotguns.

I have a couple of guns I plan to trade off as soon as I find something I really want to replace them with.

A CZ P07 and a 9mm 1911 are the first on the chopping block. Nothing wrong with either, I’m just not particularly attached to them.

I have about 10 handguns that I no longer shoot much. One of AR rifles must go as I do not shoot them much. Once I finish the remaining of my 45acp supply, I will probably be done with my pistols chambered in that caliber. Eventually, I will only keep my Glocks, Ruger LCPs, Ruger GP100, Ruger Mk II...

I don’t care much for shotguns any more.

I don't have any hunting shotguns anymore BUT I think I should get one for Sporting Clays which I get the urge to do occasionally.
As of now I just have a Mossberg 500 set up for HD use.

I never regret selling a gun but I sure have regretted buying some of them!

    Yup
    Had one.
Crushed the round instead of chambering it.
Needed hand surgery to fix the damage.

In a semi auto the .22 mag:
    - Is a long thin walled cartridge.
    - In a pistol it needs a stiff recoil spring.

Those two things don't typically work well together. Though it appears that KelTec figured it out with the PMR30.

Have a Ruger SP101 in .38 Special I bought a long time ago.
Should have got the 357, but it was a few bucks more.
    Dumb choice.

Things I've owned, got rid of and will never buy again.

    Blowback operated .380s
    S&W revolvers with a lock
Magnum hunting rifles---.270--.30-06 and .308 work just fine
    AK47s

I/ve several revolvers and long guns that are looking for a new home.... Sort of.

I/ve been in to pocket guns for some time. Size and weight crucial. Space in the safe is mandatory. Ammo cost,,,, FFFTT!!! So my fave these days are 380 auto, 22 mag, 22 LR, 12 ga,

Anything Taurus or Kimber. Not a fan and several bad experiences. In fairness I should’ve known better.
