I have been watching this guy since last June. I purchased a subscription for Shotgun News and paid using Paypal. I waited about 90 days then contacted him. He acted as if he was going to get things strait. Now he does not respond.

In his auctions he posts the following disclaimer.

(TAKES APROX 90-120 DAYS (INDUSTRY STANDARD) FOR SUBSCRIPTION TO START. WE SELL DEEP DISCOUNT MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTIONS. WE HAVE OVER 900 MAGAZINES TO CHOOSE FROM. PAYPAL IS ACCEPTED.)

You have 45 days to file a complaint with Paypal. You can only go back 60 days on gunbroker to leave feedback.By the time you hit the 90 days you are out of luck.

He runs about two pages of auctions per week with the closing date staggered. He sells several each week. His feedback looks good at first.

Now consider what he should have if he was even making one sell per week since he joined GB on 08/16/2003.
