I bought a Ruger 357 super max from an estate about 6 months ago. The cylinder on the revolver is now free spinning. The problem appears to be with a small part of the gun under the cylinder that controlls the movement of the cylinder. Does anyone know of a good gunsmith around the Houston area. I called Bass Pro shop and someother gun shops and they won't touch it.

Did that and they said it is a recalled gun. If I send it back to them they keep it and destory it. I would rather not have to do that.
