i think if guide rod and spring ok lng yun. wag lang barrel slide or frame. just tell him to remove it from the box if may box. lagay na lng sa small plastic so it will be less obvious.

Much better if you separate these when putting them inside the luggage.

+1 separate everything and dont put any labelings of gun parts on it and you'll be fine.

i have some gun parts & accessories to be pick-up doon sa manila.

i'll be having a connecting flight to cebu with the gun parts with me in my check-in baggage.

    parts are ambi-safety, trigger, springs(sear & hammer), grips, holster & double mag-pouch.
sabit ba itong mga ito sa airpor?(wag naman sana  )

As long as you have a receipt from the gunstore and a copy of your F/A license, I don't think there would be a problem.

Well mines not going to happen anyways cause I missed a notice on their website, it says

"Please note that we will be closed from December 23rd to January 3rd, in order to conduct year-end inventory and for a little R&R. Any and all orders placed during this time will be held and shipped upon our return, barring any inventory shortages."

If you have a good lathe operator in your place, just buy about 10" of good tool steel, borrow a guide rod and have the operator copy the guide rod.

My gunsmith in Bacolod makes guide rods for P400.00, hardchromed na.

He doesn't have a guide rod to borrow since he was planning to get Don's Guide Rod (DGR) which I believe is proprietary of pistolgear.com.
